Record sleeve from Gilberts record shop in Woodgrange Road. Listening to records was a major pass-time for young people. Shops selling gramophone records were once quite common in high streets selling the latest releases and, in some shops, second hand records. Gilberts had their own sleeves printed for the re-sale of records
