Florence A. Pentin of 52 Hampton Road was a vocalist and not ashamed to print the reviews on her headed paper. The Woodgrange Estate of which Hampton Road is a part was a reasonably well-to-do address in those days. There was a Philip James Pentin living at this address in 1902-03, according to Kelly's Directory of that year.
