Congregational Church, Forest Gate - 3
The Sebert Road building is the third Congregational Chapel to be built in Forest Gate.
This building was built 1884-88 with a seating capacity of 1,100 and served the new Woodgrange housing estate. The congregation dwindled in the post-war period and in the 1980s became an independent church under the ministry of Pastor McWhinney.
