Hi

I am looking to trace memories of a Kate Hunt record shop (or maybe a stall, I really don't know what the setup was in Rathbone street back than) from the 1920s and possibly 1930s.

My interest is from a story by my grandfather. Sadly his mother died giving birth to him and he was brought up by his grandmother, Bridget Hunt, at Orchard Hoise in Poplar, who often used to send him to go to the record shop in Rathbone Street and to be sure to tell Kate Hunt that he was a relation. Sadly for whatever reason, he never did tell Kate Hunt that he was a relation.

Any help at all appreciated.
