How to add a photo to your profile or message

It is very easy to insert a small photo of yourself which will appear below your username when you post a message.

1) select 'Members'
2) select your own profile
3) now choose 'Modify Profile' (on the left hand side)
4) select 'Forum Profile Information'
5) select 'I will upload my own picture'
6) click 'Browse' which will open folders on your pc and you can select your picture. This must be quite small in size, below 100kb
7) select 'open'

To attach a photo to appear in the body of your message. Look below the box where you have typed the message and select Additional Options, click on the Browse button and you can choose one of your own photos, click open and then post.

The file size of the photograph must be below 125kb so you may have to re-size before uploading.
