Hi, i,m afraid it went to the scrap yard about three years after i bought it(it suffered a lot of tin worm)I had 2 other minors at various times after this. a two door that i tuned to be very efficient(could get 62 mpg on a run) and a traveller(the "woodie" estate).

I was working nights at the time at kings cross telephone exchange.at around 4 in the morning the lights failed and a quick call to control(on the top of the telecom tower)and was told the lights were out all over london.we all made a move home and it took from about 5 in the morning until 8 to get home on the night bus.on the way the bus was swaying at every junction, very hairy, and we watched a milk float pull out of green street and lose half its load to the wind there waas a white streak for about a hundred yards along the romford road.when i got to ilford i watched someone open the glass door into a shop on the corner of cranbrook road and ilford hill and the rest of the windows blew out with the wind pressure.
